- Inner Critic and Guilt, Shame & low Self-Esteem

- Neurotic Guilt vs. Existential Guilt

- Psychological Defences that lead & uphold neurotic guilt and shame.

- How your Inner Critic interferes with your success at work and with your study

- How your Inner Critic influences your relationships with others

- Your Inner Critic's role in triggering addictive behaviors (watching sports/ movies, coffee, cigarettes, mind-spinning ... etc.)

- How listening to your Inner Critic leads to you feeling depressed (down) and what to do?

- Living free from limitations imposed by the Inner Critic

(**) For Muslims: a section on what forms the Inner Dialogue: differentiating between Allah’s Calling, the ego’s calling, the Angels’ calling and Shaytan’s calling.

B* Sessions: 

- Seven (7) 120-min sessions, once a week. 

- Each session has two parts: the first is a talk/description about the topic including individual exercises. In the second part, we do group E.F.T. routines.  EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is one Energy Psychology healing modality.(you don't need to know EFT prior to the teleclass)

- Start date: Saturday April 30th, 2011 (re-scheduled from April 23rd)

- End date: Saturday June 4th, 2011

- Teleclasses are done using WebEx.  You can connect from anywhere through the web and/or also through the phone (phone charges apply).  When connecting through the phone only, you can listen to the lecture but won't be able to follow the power point presentation.
